Aubrey’s goals for the 2026 season are to win the Canadian National Time Trial and qualify for the Road World Championships in Montréal, while targeting European and UCI races with a focus on podium results. Mitch’s goals for the 2026 season are to represent Canada at the Junior World Championships in both the road race and time trial, and to earn a UCI podium. Entering his second year with PNW Racing, Mitch continues to show versatility, resilience, and high-level potential as he builds on a strong 2025 and takes the next step on the international stage in 2026.

Sebastian’s goals for the 2026 season are to podium on the road in Europe while continuing to learn and develop as a rider. With strong experience and a clear passion for growth, he brings versatility and ambition to PNW Racing as the team heads into 2026.

Adam’s goals for the 2026 season are to win a National Championship on the road or track and to gain valuable racing experience in Europe. A fast learner with big ambitions and a strong racing mindset, Adam is ready to take the next step with PNW Racing in 2026.

Marcus’s goals for the 2026 season are to represent Canada at the Road World Championships in Montreal and to gain more experience racing internationally. With national-level experience and big international ambitions, we’re excited to support Marcus as he continues to develop and chase the next level in 2026.

Cor’s goals for the 2026 season are to race the Junior World Championships with Team Canada and to podium at least three times at national and international-level events. With big goals, multi-sport athleticism, and a strong competitive drive, Cor adds exciting depth to the PNW Racing roster for 2026.

Noam’s goals for the 2026 season are to finish in the top 10 at the Canadian U19 Nationals in the time trial and road race, podium at the BC U19 Provincials, race in Europe, and gain experience in new events. With strong multi-sport experience and a passion for learning, Noam brings versatility and ambition to PNW Racing as we head into 2026.

Luke Ostrem’s goals for the 2026 season are to fight for top spots at Nationals and in Europe. Bringing valuable Belgian racing experience, versatility, and strong ambition, Luke is set to make an impact with PNW Racing as we head into 2026.

One of Ryan’s goals for 2025 is to race in Europe, with aspirations to represent Canada at the 2026 UCI Road World Championships in Montreal.

Racing with PNW was an amazing experience. During my time withthe team I gained valuable race experience, developed as a rider, and builtsome great friendships along the way. I am now racing in Europe full-time and I am not sure I would havebeen able to get here without PNW.

For me, PNW was the stepping stone to being able to train and race in Europe year-round. The experiences and opportunities made possible by this team gave me the foundation I needed to make the jump into a successful season living in Europe. On top of this, my time with PNW allowed me to make lifelong friends and create memories I’ll never forget.

PNW Racing has contributed more to my success as a personthan anything that I learned in school. The lessons that I learned in my twoyears racing for the team have had an impact on my life and have given me astrong foundation from which to start living on my own.
Overall PNW has helped me to develop as a person off thebike as well as on it and is undoubtedly one of the most impactfulorganizations I’ve ever had the privilege of being a part of.

Steph Roorda brings a wealth of experience to our team. As a former Canadian national team member on both the road and track, she has competed at the highest level of the sport, including the pro peloton. Her extensive background in international racing and coaching at all levels will be instrumental as we navigate our second season. With a humble approach and unwavering dedication, both on and off the bike. Steph will continue to guide our riders toward success in 2026.

As Director of Operations, Sarah Morin is the driving force behind PNW Racing’s organization and growth. She oversees team logistics, race planning, communication, and partnerships, ensuring every rider is supported from local events to major international competitions. With experience across North American and European racing, Sarah brings structure, calm leadership, and a deep commitment to developing young Canadian cyclists. Her work behind the scenes keeps the program moving forward and creates the environment where athletes can thrive.

Paul Rigby leads PNW Racing with a blend of experience, mentorship, and unwavering dedication to developing young athletes. As Director and Team Manager, he oversees team strategy, athlete support, and race execution across North America and Europe. Paul is known for his steady leadership, tactical insight, and ability to bring out the best in every rider, whether on race day or during the long work that happens between events. His commitment to building a positive, high-performance culture is a driving force behind the team’s growth and success.
