Our mission

PNW Racing's mission is to provide a pathway for junior bike racers to realise their potential and help them succeed at national and international races. We want to ensure this generation of Canadian cyclists has a pathway to success.

The current group of PNW athletes aspire to represent their country at our home World Championship in Montreal in 2026. We are providing the opportunity to make this dream a reality.

Steph Roorda
Sports Director

Steph Roorda brings a wealth of experience to our team. As a former Canadian national team member on both the road and track, she has competed at the highest level of the sport, including the pro peloton. Her extensive background in international racing and coaching at all levels will be instrumental as we navigate our second season. With a humble approach and unwavering dedication—both on and off the bike—Steph will continue to guide our riders toward success in 2025.
