Oscar’s goal for 2025 is to return to racing in Europe this summer and to represent Canada at the World Championships.

My Short Term Goal is to qualify for road worlds with Team Canada & to one day race a Grand Tour. But most important is to learn & have a lot of fun along the way!

Monty Cycling’s goals are to represent Canada at the Junior Road World Championships and to one day race the Tour of Flanders.

Steph Roorda brings a wealth of experience to our team. As a former Canadian national team member on both the road and track, she has competed at the highest level of the sport, including the pro peloton. Her extensive background in international racing and coaching at all levels will be instrumental as we navigate our second season. With a humble approach and unwavering dedication, both on and off the bike. Steph will continue to guide our riders toward success in 2026.

As Director of Operations, Sarah Morin is the driving force behind PNW Racing’s organization and growth. She oversees team logistics, race planning, communication, and partnerships, ensuring every rider is supported from local events to major international competitions. With experience across North American and European racing, Sarah brings structure, calm leadership, and a deep commitment to developing young Canadian cyclists. Her work behind the scenes keeps the program moving forward and creates the environment where athletes can thrive.

Paul Rigby leads PNW Racing with a blend of experience, mentorship, and unwavering dedication to developing young athletes. As Director and Team Manager, he oversees team strategy, athlete support, and race execution across North America and Europe. Paul is known for his steady leadership, tactical insight, and ability to bring out the best in every rider, whether on race day or during the long work that happens between events. His commitment to building a positive, high-performance culture is a driving force behind the team’s growth and success.
