Our mission

PNW Racing's mission is to provide a pathway for junior bike racers to realise their potential and help them succeed at national and international races. We want to ensure this generation of Canadian cyclists has a pathway to success.

The current group of PNW athletes aspire to represent their country at our home World Championship in Montreal in 2026. We are providing the opportunity to make this dream a reality.

Your donation is securely processed through Cycling Canada’s 1882 Collective. 90% of every contribution directly supports PNW Racing, while 10% supports Cycling Canada. A full tax receipt is issued at the time of donation.

Steph Roorda
Sports Director

Steph Roorda brings a wealth of experience to our team. As a former Canadian national team member on both the road and track, she has competed at the highest level of the sport, including the pro peloton. Her extensive background in international racing and coaching at all levels will be instrumental as we navigate our second season. With a humble approach and unwavering dedication, both on and off the bike. Steph will continue to guide our riders toward success in 2026.

Sarah Morin
Director, Operations

As Director of Operations, Sarah Morin is the driving force behind PNW Racing’s organization and growth. She oversees team logistics, race planning, communication, and partnerships, ensuring every rider is supported from local events to major international competitions. With experience across North American and European racing, Sarah brings structure, calm leadership, and a deep commitment to developing young Canadian cyclists. Her work behind the scenes keeps the program moving forward and creates the environment where athletes can thrive.

Paul Rigby
Director, Manager

Paul Rigby leads PNW Racing with a blend of experience, mentorship, and unwavering dedication to developing young athletes. As Director and Team Manager, he oversees team strategy, athlete support, and race execution across North America and Europe. Paul is known for his steady leadership, tactical insight, and ability to bring out the best in every rider, whether on race day or during the long work that happens between events. His commitment to building a positive, high-performance culture is a driving force behind the team’s growth and success.
